By creating an account or using Passcend ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Passcend provides AI-adaptive exam preparation content for ISTQB certifications. We are an independent study platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of ISTQB® or any official certification body.

Using Passcend does not guarantee passing any ISTQB exam. Results depend on individual effort and preparation.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. You may not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Access purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
• Refund policy: we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 10 questions under the purchased tier. To request a refund, email support@passcend.ai.
• Refunds are not available after 7 days or if significant platform usage has occurred.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell platform content including questions and explanations.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or copy questions or content from the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All content on Passcend — including questions, explanations, AI-generated content, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to Passcend. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

ISTQB® is a registered trademark of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Passcend is not affiliated with ISTQB® and our content is independently created for study purposes.

Some content on Passcend (hints, explanations, performance analysis) is generated by AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. We recommend cross-referencing with the official ISTQB syllabus for authoritative information.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid features.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. We do not guarantee any particular exam outcome or result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passcend's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
